1. Overview

Needs-24 is an online shopping platform offering two product categories: Premium (Fast Delivery) and Budget (10–14 Days Delivery). By placing an order on the app, customers agree to the following terms.


2. Orders & Confirmation

  • Every order must be confirmed by the customer before processing.

  • Some orders may require a small pre-payment (e.g., 50 birr) to confirm the order.

  • Orders without confirmation or pre-payment (when required) may be automatically canceled.


3. Payments

Accepted payment methods:

  • Telebirr

  • CBE

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers must send proof of payment (screenshot) when using Telebirr or CBE.


4. Delivery

Premium Items

  • Delivery time: usually 3–7 days.

  • Delivery fees may vary depending on location.

Budget Items

  • Delivery time: 10–14 business days (international sourcing).

  • Delays may happen due to customs, shipping conditions, or supplier issues.

Needs-24 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or external factors.


5. Cancellations

  • Budget items cannot be canceled after the order has been placed with the supplier.

  • Premium items can be canceled only before shipping.

  • COD customers who repeatedly refuse to accept orders may be blocked from future purchases.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Damaged item

    • Missing items

  • Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • Budget items are special order items and not eligible for return unless the product was incorrect or defective.


7. Product Pricing

  • Prices may change depending on supplier availability and international exchange rates.

  • Needs-24 reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.


8. User Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide correct delivery details

  • Be reachable via phone after placing an order

  • Ensure someone is available to accept the delivery


9. Liability

Needs-24 is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by customs or shipping partners

  • Losses due to incorrect customer information

  • Damaged items caused by misuse
